Furthermore, it highlights that Agencia dmp is responsible for the processing of personal data provided to it, and in that capacity will carry out the collection, storage, use, circulation, commercialization, transfer and processing of the data, for the purpose of:

• Conduct strategic marketing studies, market segmentation, user satisfaction levels, among others.
  
  

• Share news, opinions, trends, best practices and repositories on digital marketing.
  
  

• Optimize the services offered and provide a better user experience by configuring and improving our website. Determine the number of daily visitors to each section, allowing us to identify the most successful areas and enhance their content to provide a more satisfying user experience.

In addition to the above, it is highlighted that, under the role of responsible for the processing of personal data, Agencia dmp may collect additional information such as usage habits on the Web portal, information about the content that is exchanged, the comments made on the website, the advertising that is accessed or consulted, the IP address of the device used, its geographical location, cookie information, among others.

The General Regime for the Protection of Personal Data grants its holders the following rights:

• Request proof of the authorization granted to the Data Controller, except when expressly exempted as a requirement for Processing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012. Be informed by the Data Controller or the Data Processor, upon request, regarding the use that has been made of your personal data. File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of this law and other regulations that modify, add to, or complement it.
  
  

• To revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees. Revocation and/or deletion will proceed when the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that the Controller or Processor has engaged in conduct contrary to this law and the Constitution.
  
  

• Access your personal data that has been processed, free of charge.
